Alexa LeBlanc 

I joined Olsen Family Law in September 2023 as a Legal Assistant and have had the privilege of growing alongside this team ever since. After completing my J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law, I was admitted to the California Bar in May 2026. Family law has been my focus throughout.

During law school, I developed a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and mediation, gaining hands-on experience through Santa Clara Law's ADR programs and the Santa Clara Superior Court. I also worked with local judges and in family law clinics, which gave me a grounded, practical understanding of how these matters unfold for real families. I was honored to receive the John B. Bates, Jr. Award for Outstanding Student in Conflict Resolution and Santa Clara Law's Public Interest and Social Justice Law Certificate.

Family law is deeply personal work. I practice in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo counties, and I am committed to bringing both legal knowledge and genuine care to every client I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local farmers markets and spending time with friends and family.
