Callan Olsen 

At the University of Michigan, my studies in Psychology provided me deep insights into human behavior and relationships, laying the foundation for my journey into family law. Later, I earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master's of Jurisprudence in Legal Doctrine and Analysis from Michigan State University College of Law.

In law school, I discovered my true passion: Child and Family Advocacy. I was honored with the Jurisprudence Award in Integrative Law and Social Work. In July 2026, I was certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, a distinction held by a small percentage of California attorneys. From that point on, I've dedicated myself to assisting families during some of life's most turbulent phases.

I'm proud to be a part of the California Lawyers Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the San Mateo County Bar Association. My active involvement in the Minor's Counsel Subcommittee of Santa Clara County allows me to work closely with other attorneys in supporting families embroiled in complex and emotionally fraught cases. I understand the challenges inherent to family law and am committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to help during this difficult time. Listening actively to my clients' concerns, I tailor my approach to match their unique needs and circumstances.

Premarital and Postnuptial Agreements are among my specialties. I'm passionate about guiding clients through the legal and financial dimensions of their relationships, pre or post matrimony. Having witnessed the full spectrum of divorce outcomes, I recognize the paramount importance of preparation. Whether you seek assistance in drafting an agreement or are curious about its legal ramifications, I'm here to offer the guidance and support you need. I approach each case with genuine empathy and a resolute commitment to securing the best possible outcome.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs. Whether I'm engaging in a Peloton class, hiking, or traveling with my family, these moments provide the balance that fuels my professional dedication.
